All window stickers are showing CONVOY. Even those to Hawaii. If its more than a couple hundred miles to your dealer, it's going rail.

On the Chat - Agents told me that ETA for delivery to dealer is 09/18-09/24 with status still in production. Don't know how this is possible

Plus its frustrating to see folks in 08/29 build week have started getting built notifications and have confirmed dates for shipments.

The ETA definition is quite fluid. Chat agents have given me every possibility. It’s when it moves to the next status, or it’s when it arrives at your dealer, or it’s when it will ship. It can’t be all of those. On the other hand, what a crappy job those chat agents have fielding the same questions all day long.

I wish! Mine has a built state from 8/31 and no movement since. Today is the last day of the estimation(9/9–9/15)

I figure they may prioritize chips for vehicles based on delivery time frame.

Looks like my delivery has been delayed. The ETA on my order page is 10/12-10/18 with the Ford Chat saying 10/18. There is no holds or anything. Just sitting at Ramp 51 awaiting shipment....

I think I found a way to determine which module that is the cause of the chip hold. I've been tracking module changes daily but nothing for us changed in days. We are not at built status yet. If anyone has the Module as-built file AFTER enters build status, and the same file a few days before I should be able to run a file comparison and decode which module it is that was added or firmware updated.

I checked the module build data from pre-built to post-built and there was no change in the data so I don’t this plant chip hold had anything to do with a change in the modules or programming at Ramp 51. Pehaps it was some quality check at the plant.

Yesterday, 9/14 we went to built status and today 9/15 says shipped, Customer service chat says -

In Transit, Shipped Convoy - Convoy # 2468156 (Vehi-ship Llc ),
Location: Ramp 51, Flat Rock, MI
Eta : oct 1st- 7th

Previous ETA was 9/20-9/26 so 11 day slip.

Has anyone had luck turning a Vehi-ship convoy # turned into actual Tracking info?

Our financing expires 10/3 so going to see if dealer will let us close before it arrives. Next week may see some historical big interest rate hikes
