When checking your car it says location New Boston since 9/27. 877-744-7279 option 2,1,3 say "location" speak rail car letters,speak railcar number, say "done" or go onto another car. Listen to status.

I just called to make sure I knew how to use the system (thanks for the help).

My truck is on the move! Train left New Boston at 6pm eastern today and is due to hit Selkirk, NY on Oct. 2nd. Barring any major delays, I could get my truck next week!!!

We were delayed a couple days. Originally due on 9/25 or 26 but actually arrived 9/27 and 9/28.

Very aware that the "could" is doing a lot of heavy lifting in that sentence. My biggest worry is how long the wait will be for a truck from Selkirk to my dealer. It is only 22 miles, but drivers are hard to come by these days.

How long we’re you “in production” before it changed to built?

I was invoiced 8/31, blended 9/13 and have been in production for 28 days.

It can vary, but with that duration, I am guessing they are missing something to finish the build (chip, Ford emblem, etc.).

As of this morning, my ETA is 9/30-10/6.

Update on the My Version of the tracker (online)

I wanted to let everyone know that my local copy will not show the ETA's for truck which have not shipped, it messes up my sorting scheme & morning data pull, once you go SHIPPED then I'll have the date on the Sunday reports version.

The two constants are, until your ten days away from build week, the week is uncertain
Until your truck is shipped the ETA is a wild guestimate, and even after shipping it changes.

Even though @kyriotate went to shipped status already on 9/21, I see that all four trucks headed to Maryland have the same delivery ETA (9/30-10/6): @kyriotate, @Ian, @JackBurtonJr, @kab

On a computer (not phone or tablet) sign in to your Ford.com account, go to My Account >> Reservations & Orders, and then click View​

I guess chat is open now, so I could corroborate that ETA with them at this point

According to the spreadsheet for the trucks that have been delivered to Maryland to date, the number of days from "shipped" to "delivered" have been 0, 0, 0, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 4, 5.

They get here pretty quick, but sadly @kyriotate is sitting at 8+ days -- sorry, man .

Metro Detroit / Dearborn, you will be delivered before you see it shipped!!

EDIT---BUT THEN, you're already shipped [9/24] so you must be further out, (U.P.)??

I used the Chat function like @sotek2345 did and got my railcar info. Chat claimed it was currently in Ohio. CSX lookup for Railcar TTGX991111 indicated it is heading to Annapolis Junction, MD as of Sep 29 with no arrival ETA. Am curious if any of you other MD folk are in the same railcar...
