✅ Ford Resumes Shipping NACS Charging Adapters (February 2025 batch)

I'm still trying to find out if I can get a free adapter from Ford for the 2024 Lightning I purchased 9/30/24. Ford won't give me a decent answer. They keep telling me to open the "Connected Services" on my App and there should be a popup that lets me fill out the form to get one.

I don't see anything in that link that even mentions getting a free adapter. Only how to buy one.

That was the "ship has sailed" part. Free adapters have dried up. Unless its on your build sheet, there isn't one. AFAIK.

Oh, didn't know it would be listed on the window sticker. Just the mobile charger option is listed on mine, not the NACS adapter. Seems I've never seen that on any window sticker however.

Glad to finally see some movement on the replacements. From the order numbers, there are several thousand that need to be replaced so hopefully it's more than a slight trickle otherwise it will be many months before all of them get replaced.

I got a similar email with a Purolater tracking number. They are shipping from Brantford ON.
