Oh, didn't know it would be listed on the window sticker. Just the mobile charger option is listed on mine, not the NACS adapter. Seems I've never seen that on any window sticker however.

It’s not on the window sticker. The free adapter program ended on 9/30 and to be eligible, you had to request one by filling out the form on the connected services page no later than 9/30. Most likely you’re out of luck. I’m sorry!

Im 32,XXX and have received no word. My status says deliver November. I should be about in the next wave whenever it goes out.

Looking for some help as I am getting the run around from Ford. We received our adapter and it was part of the batch that was recalled. I received an e-mail on November 15 that our replacement was being sent out with the FAE number and the link to track the package. I get this error message when clicking on the tracking link " The tracking number you entered can't be found right now. Please check the number with the shipper or try again later."

Spoke to parts department, EV department and parts department again who then said that is a FedEx tracking number and to contact them. You are unable to speak to FedEx without entering a tracking number so can't get a human on that end. Is the FAE number actually a FedEx number or a Ford number? Any ideas who I can talk to to resolve this? Also, has anyone used their "faulty" one without issues? Very frustrating with the phone tag.
