Hah My tonneau arrives Friday. My vehicle remains 16 miles from my house at the rail yard. Not feeling those quick MD deliveries.

BTW, for anyone who hasn't done so, the realtruck person Santana Less from the forums did hook up a discount for stuff from them.

Boo... Just talked with my dealer and he said that due to Hurricane Ian everything slowed down. They have over 700 vehicles still stuck in rail cars and it could be delayed for a week or two.

I tried that! Didn't get a positive answer though.

Bugged my sales guy and he told me it can take up to a week before they even unload the rail car

My old Jeep shipped off into the sunset yesterday and my truck made it to Cleveland this morning.

My truck hit awaiting shipment status on Saturday. According to the tracker page, there were 74 other trucks in that same status at the time. Now it's down to 65... Are trucks actually shipping? Did 50 trucks ship and 41 new trucks get built?

Just curious as to why the number doesn't seem to change much.

Something showed up today! Got to take it for a quick spin today and took care of paperwork. Pickup is tomorrow.

Note; the used car market is cratering, at least locally. The value of my Raptor is down thousands from just a few weeks ago. CarMax and Vroom both came in lower than I was able to get the dealer. Still a steal overall considering I get 2022 pricing and the full tax credit.

I have a tonneau cover that is scheduled for FedEx delivery tomorrow. There's still a chance my truck could beat it here given that Maryland frequently has speedy delivery times. But with each refresh of the tracker that is feeling less likely.

Tonneau cover arrived today. Truck has been sitting awaiting shipment for 14 days. Blah!

No, no issues like that.

They are having to put commercial plates on it though. Something to do with how their systems talk to the DMV. I will have to go and get them changed later.

Are commercial plates that much more expensive than personal? Or is it the use of parkways in the NYC area?

Price seems about the same, but you are right you can't use the Parkway. I use the northern end to visit my mother every so often

I don't go to NYC that often..but would like the option to hop on the Taconic and head down vs having to deal with the Tappan Zee if I'm headed to Westchester or the Bronx
