Here is a link to one rated at 750 lbs. That's the highest load rating I have seen. If you google hitch mount bed extender you will see a number of options available.

I have that model, its good enough for the price when you cant get a full length bed. No load issues so far but plywood and dimensional lumber are all it has seen with most of the weight being carried by the bed as others have mentioned. It is a little wobbly and makes a lot of noise when not loaded but loaded and strapped down its solid.

I have one for a 17 Raptor (which I brought over from a 2016 Lariat) when I asked the dealer to swap it over to my new 2023 lariat Lightning they said it wouldn’t fit

There are a couple of versions. This one is for 2015-2024 and is aluminum:
