I have a 2023 Lariat for about 18 months and the only issue that required a visit to teh dealer was slight outside tire wear on front tires. Dealer did a 5 wheel alignment that resolved the issue.

I also had the recall for the battery monitor module replacement. The dealer sent our a tech to my house and he replaced the part it in my driveway.

So far my new 2024 Platinum hasn't had any issues.

Things that broke on my launch day lariat
- Apim Module
- motorized tailgate rod exploded
- running board / step plastic has been bulging since day 1
- center speaker grill bulge- also on delivery
-charge station pro stopped working after almost three years
- steering column motor is currently throwing codes but works.

Dollars spent on repairs - $0
Downtime in the shop - 2 days ( plus 45 days of wireless CarPlay not working but wired CarPlay did ) 2 weeks for charge station pro
Mileage - 83,000
Satisfaction level out of 10 -10 .

What Ford BEV team did for me without me asking. - gave me an additional 36,000 ile extended warranty because of the APIM and 40,000 ford pass points because of the charge station pro
Interesting that the BEV team gave you that relief. I received nothing when my original charger was broken out of the box or for the last month that it was in the shop for the IPMA issue when they tried to do my front park sensor CSP.

List of things that have broke on my Lighting in 9 months
defroster trim was lifting
Battery Diverter Valve
2 Battery Modules
2 Seat covers
Heater inside cabin stopped working
Tailgate motor
Charge port replaced wouldn’t open for high speed charge

Pretty horrible situation for a 95k vehicle
From the comments here i believe the heater failing, and maybe the diverted valve too, was probably related to low coolant from the battery module replacements.

The high speed charger flap is weird to me though. On my truck that is just a wimpy thin piece of plastic with an even more wimpy spring. It's all really low tolerance stuff so for it to get stuck it had to be way out of whack.

yes, when they put back the truck after replacing the diverter valve, they put it back wrong is my guess. The heater had air in the lines from after the battery swap.
With both main issues (apim and charge station pro ) I called the 1-800 number and asked to speak to the bev team . I was polite . I didn't ask for anything other to get my issue fixed and when it was resolved during rhe follow up call at the end they just offered these things as a good will gesture .

Mine was the same way when they replaced my High Voltage Contactor. Mine worked itself out within a few days, I did have to have the coolant tank refilled however.

sorry to hear that. Here is a list of all the troubles I've had with my 23 Lariat ER after 15k miles:
