@Ford Motor Company - In your spare time you can read through this thread for a master class in what drives us crazy, how so many bad communications from dealers (that is still on your FOMOCO, you control the communication to the dealers and can impact how dealers treat customers) and how bad your software distribution tactics are. It truly doesn't take much to fix this up. It really doesn't.

@Ford Motor Company , iā€˜ll go out on a limb and propose that you could pretty easily address the thing that a significant portion of the posts on this forum, maybe a majority, are about: OTA update schedule. You could be easily make this not mysterious by publishing a schedule of some description. We get it that itā€™s done in ā€˜batches of VINsā€™, but thats not enough. If any kind of schedule or even guidance like ā€˜weā€™ll be doing 2023s first and thatā€™ll take 3 months then weā€™ll move onto 2022s, etcā€ would be super useful.

On a forum full of early adopters, i think youā€™ll find acceptance when things donā€™t quite go to plan on your end (cough, BC1.4, cough). But more open communication of any description will gain a lot more goodwill than youre currently being credited with.

I agree.
Task #2 would be to give us ready access to 12 volt battery SOC since it seems related to many issues with our trucks.
