So this morning I wake up, check to see if my truck is charged, and suddenly notice a charge on my Ford pass for $22. Confused, I dig into my account and find out what's going on: 2 months ago I used an EA charger and just got the bill for it today.

I used the service so don't mind paying, but I feel like getting the bill for it 2 months later is kinda crap.

Mine was usually delayed about a month to 6 weeks, but yes the billing is pretty slow in catching up.

Wow. 6 months? Sounds like EA isn't too concerned about being paid

I wonder if this is more of a FORD problem, too many examples of poor data processing all around with the MoCo.............

In fact, they don't. What happened to you (and some others) is delayed billing due to systems issues with EA or with Ford. If it's FordPass, then you can't tell which party is at fault (or both). It also happens with direct EA usage.

It will be interesting to see how that works when superchargers are online.

Yes on delay, but mine was with them using my EA credit that came with the truck. Was about a month delay, but it was actual usage so it was correct (just late).

I used 255kWh of the free ford allocation last week but my account still shows a 215kWh balance.
I'm afraid if I plug in this week I'll get a bill in a month when they figure everything out.
