I have a theory to this. I just swapped my seats out with lariat ICE 2021 seats and noticed that the cushions from the 2021 f-150 are considerable more dense. The cushions on my lightning were softer and squishier. I'm thinking that Ford changed how the cushions are produced in 2022 and replaced them with cheaper cushions. The squishier cushions would wear faster and probably cause wrinkles in the leather when squished over time.
Mine are looking loose and the cooled seats I'm not felling the air anymore. Is it possible the holes are plugged up? I can hear the same fan noise when I cut them on but doesn't feel the same as when new.
