I didn’t see one listed in the tow data thread, so I’m curious if anyone has experience with towing a 6x12 or 7x14 enclosed trailer. Any significant difference with a v-nose vs a flat front?

I have a 7x14 V-nose, getting 1.0 to 1.1 MPK
No experiences with a flat nose, but I'd suspect it will be less efficient.

I've towed an U-Haul 6 x 12 enclosed trailer 4 times. If I kept my speed at 55 mph, the range hit was not nearly so bad. In fact, I got 1.5/1.6 MPK.

I own a 6x12 enclosed with a rounded front end, if I have the need to tow long distance, I use my older Dodge diesel 2500.
I have only towed it a short distance with the Lightning up to the local Menards, so not much experience.
If memory serves it cut the efficiency about in half, with very little weight in it.

I own a 6x12 box trailer. I get between 1.2/1.7 MPK hauling about 3,000 #.
