What DTC's are you seeing in FDRS? Communication errors with ABS module?

All,
While waiting patiently for BC 1.4, I was playing in the pass app. I went to updates section. It said automatic updates is turned off. I didn't turn them off. This happened in the last 2 weeks. I went to vehicle to turn them back on. Under vehicle software updates, the screen says it is checking update status. It also says something like this can take a minute or so. After 15 min, I tried again. No change. I called ford. They walked me through Sync reboot a couple of times with no change. I got an appointment with dealer. I seat at dealer 6 hours last fri, and truck as been there another 6 hours today. So far, they have not been able to fix it. They act like they are doing a software update but it faults out late in the process.
I live in Indiana, and don't think these guys ever work on BEVs. I asked about BEV battery not big enough, since that is a major difference between ice and bev.
Anybody else see my issue above?
I just spoke to a Ford rep on the phone early this week who told me that the only vehicles getting BC1.4 are Lincoln Navigators. They said that NO Lightnings were getting it anytime soon.

I just spoke to a Ford rep on the phone early this week who told me that the only vehicles getting BC1.4 are Lincoln Navigators. They said that NO Lightnings were getting it anytime soon.
Jokes on him as plenty have already received 1.4. You can't believe anything a ford rep says.

Never mind......I just read your other post that says you had it towed to the dealer. If you no longer have it in your possession, there isn't much I can do.

Did you ever do the 20 minute battery pull?

Yes, I tried that, I unhooked the and put battery on charger for greater than 20min, closer to 30. Rehooked battery and left a 10 amp smart charger on battery over night. It didn't change anything. I can send you the vin. You can pull history from everything I tried with FDRS.

In terms of the connectivity issue, I think I found the problem. Assuming you are in the US, the country code in your TCU is wrong. This can easily be fixed with FORScan. Your truck was sent an OTA to fix this, but it failed.

Not sure if Trump has thrown Indiana out of USA yet or not, but I think I still am. I wonder how county code got altered? Maybe I have always been in 3030. Is that the country of Winchester??? Is this TCU thing common? I will get my forscan set up tomorrow. I guess the dealer will get first crack to fix everything. That is fine, if when I get it back everything is perfect. I am just skeptical.

Good catch.....I didn't notice that. Not sure what the 49 failure means, but in the case of the ABS code you have, 04 cites "system internal failure" when I highlight it. What is strange is the TSB cites code U3000 49 in the IPMA; not in the ABS. However, this is the TSB that it takes me to when I click it. The SSM's are unrelated to the issue.

However, the other codes it is reporting cite lost comms between the IPMA and PSCM and also invalid data coming from the ABS to the PSCM, so possibly related.

I think my dealer tech is also confused. What makes this bad is the truck is setting outside of dealers shop. Why? because you can't shift it out of park. It can't detect the brake depression, so it won't do anything. In accessories mode you can get to tow mode, but after pressing that in sync, it requires to shift into neutral which you can't do. Ford will need to make a work around on that. Like after tow mode is started, the brake doesn't need to be depressed to put in neutral. Anyway their plan tomorrow is to get some dollies from body shop and try to roll it inside where they get better internet connections.
