The online deals are the best you will find. If you shop an ESP at your dealer they are asking double. My dealer wanted $2100 for 9y/60k
I am surprised Zeigler and Granger have this much difference between them, I never thought to compare.

I could not find a better price than Granger when I was in the market. I did ultimately purchase from Granger also.

I was not planing to look into this before my warranty is over but curious where is the the most value, you expect to get from this? Digital display? Cooling system? Battery after 8 years?……

Are they mostly covering parts our trucks don’t have? Or it is EV oriented?

Basically what is the biggest selling point for you (other than peace of mind)?

I jumped on an ESP from Granger. I purchased an 8 yr 100,000 mile warranty. The tipping point was when I saw an interview with Jim Farley and he said the difficulty when doing OTA's was working with the 80-100 different companies who have components in the truck. I want the components of those 100 companies covered for as long as the battery.

Do you know what is NOT covered? like labor for replacing those components? Display? Cooling system? Or everything bumper to bumper is covered with what you have?

For me it was piece of mind at a minimum. It covers the majority of the other stuff that's in it (some of which you mentioned) which you'd otherwise lose coverage for after the 3yr/36k was up.

Some think it's a waste, some swear by it. It's all what makes you feel comfortable and how long you plan on keeping the vehicle. All the prior Ford's we've had have had issues on covered parts where we've broken even, or come out ahead in with the ESP.

Please share if you've had good experiences with online coverage from out of state. It may be best to get Ford to pay for an extended warranty offset given so many recalls/CSP's and days in service many of us experience - like 7 year's bumper to bumper. 100,000 mile poster on another forum had 97.5 integrity of his battery power - so that is a good sign. Thank you.

As stated, you cannot extend the battery warranty.
