It’s the wrong part. Different cameras between the old MY and these new ones. Surprised it allows them to order that part since it’s different connectors and everything. Its identical otherwise between old and new besides the camera issue.
2 cutouts would be for camera and washer fluid nozzle.
Those are the ones I got from the same seller. The Square one did not have a cover to match the black ring. So do you just deal with the chrome on it? I was hoping for a black cover so the whole ring around the outside is black.
Don't have my truck yet, I was thinking of just using black vinyl over the square.

I did the back one first and messed it up a bit, can only notice from up close, but the front one is near flawless. Also added a ghosted Fx4 decal. Looks freaking great!!!
I don't have a picture, but the front emblem on the 2021s are different. The tailgate emblem is the same though. I have confirmed this with multiple dealers. The 2021 black front emblem likely won't be available until the Tremor is released since it will use the black emblem.
Seems to be that you're right. I am debating between waiting for the summer and seeing if the Tremor part will be available versus $500 to custom paint it to match the back.
You can get painted ones off of Ebay for $300. I bought Carbonzied/Black and they are top notch quality. I haven't put them on just yet though.
