If lane markers are weak in a section of road that might happen, but usually you get a warning to take over control. For no reason, while driving down the road, with Blue Cruise enabled, the truck will veer off the road to the right. Has anybody else been experiencing this after the update?
I'd hope the system can handle a measure of autonomous navigation on hands free mapped roads. Next time it happens look at the comm's status on the upper right margin of the Sync screen to see if that's a match.I expected that I would get a warning, did not get any, the lines are pretty clear on that stretch of the interstate 25 from Cheyenne, Wy to Ft Collins, Co. I did notice, there is a small spread of interstate, that gets absolutely no cell coverage from any provider.
Not my experience. Has happened twice in the past year, and really it’s mostly staying in a straight line when the right exit lane is at a left curve. Just reminds me that I need to pay attention to what it’s doing all the time. Overall BC/ACC is a big win otherwise, makes highway driving better for me.I don’t have blue cruise, but the lane keep assist is a hazard in my opinion. (Great that every time you turn cruise on now it automatically turns it on) Going in a straight line on a straight highway it will just decide to veer sharply to the right when there is an intersection or turning lane that you go past.
