BlueCruise gone after dealer applied 24B56 and 24P24

Brought my 23 Lightning to the dealership initially for 24B56. They also performed a reprogram of the front hatch control module. When I got it back PAAK was essentially disabled and messed up?!. Through a series of troubleshooting steps, it eventually got factory reset and I proceeded to set everything up again. Everything subscription wise came back except BlueCruise. There are no options for it anymore and it has disappeared from my connected services section. I had Dan active subscription until June of 2027.

Any ideas short of begging a Ford engineer to get this fixed?

Is BC working? BC does not have to be showing in Connected services for it to work.
No it is not. The hands free options are also missing from the Driver Assistance menu on the truck as well.

Multiple days and calls to Ford support and I am still sitting here with no BlueCruise. Again I had it before these updates and used it a lot. Had a subscription till 2027. Ford has been unhelpful in restoring it telling me I need to wait until the 10th of January then call them back when it doesn’t work. I have a feeling it won’t be working by then and I have a long trip I wanted to take in it.

If there are any Ford support people lurking I am begging you for help at this point. I am not sure what else to do.

Yup. I took it into my dealership today to get it worked out. We shall see if they can.
