Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.  The charge pad works though. The same two cables work on the ports at the back of the center console too. Anyone ideas?

Thanks. I'll gave it a try--no go. While at my sensor-software recall my dealership ordered me a new module, more to follow...Start by restarting the Sync system. Press and hold the volume down button and the skip right button on the steering wheel for 10 seconds or so and it will restart. Check again. I had this happen a couple of times on mine and the restart clears it.
