Mine has the “yellow light on the right side“ fault now. I called ford, they had me try to reset it by powering down/ up. I had already tried that. Didn’t change anything. they have “opened a ticket” and will get back to me. It worked well since November…

Update: After suggestions from “the technicians“ I assured them that when I store the charge head in the base unit I slide it in until I hear an audible click. If I don’t the charge head slides right back out and lays on the ground. But ok.. A few other things, like “plug it in and see if it works.” No suggestions that had any serious chance of resetting it. It still is dead

Ford is shipping me a new one, but won’t cover the cost of installation.
