I’ve got a 2023 Lightning Lariat with all stock wheels, tires, suspension. In the past week or two, I’ve started to notice a single click or “popping” sound when turning the wheel while driving. I could be mistaken, but it seems like I hear it more when turning left. As far as I can tell, it only happens while in motion. Has anyone else had this issue or know what it might be?
My first thought was a CV joint, but those tend to be multiple clicks when turning. Like a “click click click click” until the wheels are turned back to center. This is a single click and it’s very faint. I’m going to try to take it in to the dealership, but I was just hoping to get some info before doing so.
