Dead screen . 22 Lariat 6k miles

Have the dead center screen started today. Same symptoms as all others, startup animation works, then dead. Volume works. Rear camera works. Track/station on steering wheel doesn’t . But volume does.

Ford dealer can’t see it for 2 weeks .

Tried to remove 12 volt for 15 minutes. No luck.

Anyone know of a fuse, or a plug under the front seat to the seat heaters? They are on high and I cannot turn them off because the screen is dead.. There is a 40 amp fuse for front seat stuff in the front, but I don't want to pull that, it seems like it would be for other things also. There are a ton of plugs under the drivers seat.

Yes, and also pulled 12v for 15 minutes.. Same results.

Yes, have tried that 2 or 3 times now.. No dice. Startup Animation, then nothing..

Where is the APIM module in this vehicle? Behind Large Screen?

I should, but if you resume using the remote start it'll turn on the seat heaters at a later time.

Pullled that 40 amp drivers seat module fuse. The seat heaters still remain on lol!

Got to be getting fed from somewhere else. Crazy

Fuse 32 on passenger side fuse panel is the one I pull when I get the unresponsive modem issue. It’s described as radio central gateway in the manual.

Anyone know the under seat plug for the TED module in these trucks?

Happened to me. But mine went completely dead, no animation screen, no backup camera, nothing. Restarted the car and still nothing. After driving and letting it parked at the gym, everything went back to normal when I left the gym.

Update on this. Was able to get the truck into another dealer earlier. Said it was the APIM Module. They were supposed to have some in on the 17th but they haven't seen them yet. Going to have them keep the truck for a couple days to see if it comes in. If not get the truck back and wait is our only option.
