No, the traction battery should still recharge the 12V as needed in accessory mode, unless something in wrong.WARNING: During the video if look at the start button, you well see a flashing light. It is because the car is in accessories mode. If you play along time, you well drain the 12 volt battery. Not good.
If you are in the car, make sure it is on.
It’s possible that deliveries are being made, and by chance no one in our forum has yet to receive one. What a joke.... They act like they're flooding the streets with them right now
In theory it is possible, the forum and the auto trader VIN's only cover about 10% of actual production. It’s possible that deliveries are being made, and by chance no one in our forum has yet to receive one.
Bingo. And there would be other sources of photos of seeing them in the wild without manufacure plates.I think there are members on this forum that are also active on other lightning forums. If there were really consumer deliveries happening already the news would spread across all the message boards in a day.
My question about charge pro took 3 attempts, then response was “delivered by 3rd party”.I asked a general question about the status of deliveries during the live stream….I was told to contact my dealer. I followed up explaining that I wasn’t talking about my order, but the status of deliveries in general. I further explained that there was a lot of speculative chatter out here and providing such an update would be good customer service. Response: ”We appreciate the customer feedback”.
It's like the people answering the questions have zero EV experience or interest...it zero actually useful information. My question about charge pro took 3 attempts, then response was “delivered by 3rd party”.
also saw question about being able to precondition battery while driving for dc fast charge - response was yes you can precondition the cabin while charging.
Most of the Q&A reminds me of school essay exams. Teacher/professor asks a question and the student answers the question they wish was asked rather than the question actually asked. Would be nice if they had folks who actually knew something rather than a bunch of marketing cheerleaders. It's like the people answering the questions have zero EV experience or interest...it zero actually useful information.
