Do CSP's time out?

I have never had a CSP repair or any other warranty repair done. I have had alerts for many over the year I have owned the truck. I drive quite a bit and never had time or had been bothered enough to have them done. Well now I have a little time and the front sensor dinging at me is annoying so now I am trying to get it all scheduled and I noticed I have only like half of the alerts so I dont know if the items were deemed to no longer be an issue or if I need to dig in another place to find them and alert the dealer with what all should be done?

I've still got the front sensor CSP on my task list, but interestingly the one for the 12v LVB BMS replacement disappeared, note I had replaced my BMS out of my own pocket when it first came to light, hadn't been to the dealer since for them to clear it.

Sometimes the data showing in the service section for CSP's is not accurate, especially on a Sunday morning when they are doing database maintenance, try again in a few hours to see if the alert reappears

Well damn. That's exactly what I did not want to hear. Anyway to know which ones I had that are now gone. I know one had to do with the high voltage battery which is concerning that they wouldn't do under warranty.

In the case of my observation, it all makes sense now, the LVB BMS was terminated 1/5/2025

Here are the program termination dates on the letters I have received:

CSP 23B57 - BECM update (issued Sep 2023) - terminates 9/13/2024
CSP 23B11 - Revised dash mat (issued Oct 2023) - no termination date listed
CSP 23B70 - replace BMS Sensor (issued Jan 2024) - terminates 1/5/2025
CSP 24B56 - front parking sensors (issued Sep 2024) - terminates 8/30/2025
CSP 24P24 - frunk module update (issued Sep 2024) - no termination date listed
CSP 23B50 - BCCM update (issued Dec 2024) - Terminates 10/31/2025

On a related note, I have not 23B50 done. But it does not show up in the app or on my Ford Account online. I can't see where recalls or CSP's are listed anymore in the app. Just online.

If the actions were purged, the section under the Service tab will hide until another CSP or Recall posts for your VIN.

Why such a short time to take care of an issue I wonder. Seems like if you would have way more time to take care a manufacturer's defect.

Should also note some of these CSPs can be cleared up with an OTA or FDRS update, although in my experience they linger in the app long after an update has been applied.

I also have some in my app that are expired but still showing.

Like the OP, I've not had a reason to take the truck to the dealer. I hit the two year anniversary this month and it has not been back to the dealer since I bought it. I did have the mobile tech come out and replace the BMS sensor though. They also swapped out the dash mat during that trip.

With regard to the 23B70, my truck has continued to maintain the battery fine, but the biggest drawback in my mind was the two 3 hour round trips to reach the nearest Ford dealer I would trust to unlock the truck.

One trip to confirm I needed the piece, and one trip for installation once the piece was delivered to him. I guess I will make a greater effort next time.
