At first I chalked it up to Ford's cloud connectivity issues. But I haven't been able to see charging information on the "insight" tab of the FCSP since Aug 27th. Is it just me or is anyone else not able to see recent information?

When mine has done that, I usually throw the breaker and that fixes it. It's annoying. Mine has not logged my last 2 charges so I guess I need to reset the breaker and see if that resolves it.

Power cycle the FCSP, it's a recurring issue couple times a month.

Recurring issue for me as well. Reboot via breaker. I got the most recent FCSP update on Aug 27th so was hoping that fixed this recurring issue. It apparently did not. I charged the next day and it never showed up.

That's disappointing to hear. Simple logging should not be that hard. They ought to store the info locally and upload to the cloud when able. It's not rocket science.

@TaxmanHog Mine always shows connected and Ready or Plugged In so I was thinking it was a different problem. I'll reset the breaker when I get home today. I assume all charging info for the past week won't magically reappear when I reboot?

Most of the time the data is lost to the ether, but I've seen it appear on rare occasion.

Mine had quit regularly and since I have the home integration system the quickest way for me to rest it is to open the cover and remove the battery backup plug before resetting the breaker... on a positive note I usually get the data back when it starts communications with the cloud again.

I reset the breaker last night and that did the trick. I noticed all my history this morning. Oddly, however, it failed to start charging last night. I still had plenty of charge ( another good reason to charge every night vs when it's low ) so it wasn't a big deal but I found it very odd. I move the charge back to 80A and refreshed and suddenly it started charging. I got 8% in 45 min before I had to head out the door. Will be interesting to see if it charges tonight, I'm hoping it was just a one off fluke from resetting it near the time it was supposed to start (roughly and hour prior, which I thought was plenty).
