I have a long run from my panel, about 135 ft. When I have it set to 80A, I only get about 16.5 - 16.7 kW, which im sure is voltage drop from such a long run.

I leave mine set to 64A, which gives me 13.1kW steady. This is kind of helpful; because the battery is 131kWh, it gives me exactly 10% SOC per hour, and quick math.

Just a quick note to close out this thread at least from my point of view. I got caught up in the FordPass Maintenance down time like many others. The truck was plugged in at the time, it was almost finished with the scheduled charge but FordPass showed data from hours before. I went to the garage and the FCSP and truck were communicating just fine, charge completed on time, and charger shut off. Truck showed SOC and assuming charge started at scheduled time, rate was around 70A. I have not been successful in changing the max charge rate via FordPass, I will continue to try. If successful, I'll make an edit to this post. Thanks all for the help and support.
