Ford APP-cannot change preferred charge times-wrong percent and range showing

I just got home and need to charge truck. My preferred times to charge are between 12-5am. I tried to change this on the app and it will not save. It just shows the old preferred times. I then also noticed that on the app home screen it show my range at 77% and 218 miles. The truck shows 20% and 42 miles. I was able to delete my preferred times in the truck by deleting my locations. Truck is now charging. The app does not reflect this. It still shows my preferred times. It also shows my truck being parked at a different location from 6 days ago. WTF?

I then looked at my other truck (F-350) on the app and it showed that it was ON. Well that is impossible as it is in my hangar and I have the keys in my hand. WTFx2

My first thought is to just delete the app and start over but wanted to get some input from others before I do anything.

Everyone is reporting FordPass issues, and most are doing the wrong thing, like you did, which is to try and fix something that you can't fix. Too late now, but I would have recommended you do nothing.

Change the settings in the truck. Take FordPass and Ford’s servers out of the equation.

You're trying to fix a broken app. You can't. Uninstall, reinstall, tweak settings, it's a FORD issue that you can't fix.

Go in truck, initiate charging, that's all you can do. The rest is make work for you.

I guess I have been lucky to this point. Had my Lightning 1 year now and never an issue with app.

Ford servers were glitchy this morning, did not follow my departure schedule at 0650, but at least I could initiate the remote start.

You think this is bad, Mercedes MBRACE system has been on the fritz for 5 days, 2017 and older vehicles can't use any remote functions.
