I'm out in Westhampton Beach, on Long Island.. Took delivery 6/6 and haven't even received an e-mail yet. I'm driving to Manorville or Medford for fast charging lol.

For those of us planning to charge at 80@ and not connect up DC wiring, that’s a big damned box. If I didn’t already pay for it in cost of ER option and I wasn’t such a cheap SOB, I’d buy something with same capacity but smaller footprint.

Waiting on getting my truck shipped , it's been moving around the ford plant for a while and RAMP FORD is no help... It's like watching paint dry... Should have switched to a Nassau dealer ;(

So a couple of days ago I posted on the issue of getting the Sunrun "Please confirm your shipping address" emails I was getting and how that seemed to be broken.

Well since then I got three more emails, two were the same "Please confirm" and one was "Last chance.."

So I called Sunrun customer service and I knew this time to ask for the "Ford Team". I got a lady who I again ran through the issue of being asked to confirm an address on their site but the site's response never indicated whether they actually had my address or not. So I was still in the dark.

So she took all my details and then put me on hold to tag in somebody else. The second lady came on and I ran through everything, again, order number, VIN, name of the dealership, date I took delivery, and she's busy making notes in the computer and says she'll get back to me later in the day with a call and if she can't reach me (Verizon call filtering) she'll send me an email.

So I woke up this morning and I had two voice messages from two different numbers (both Sunrun) and the first said they were still working on it. The second was from the second lady who confirmed my address was on file, and said something about me being in an "early batch" and that I should be expecting the charger to ship out in a few days.

So that's what I know today, but at least they do have my address. Because my dealership submitted my Lightning order my actual street address to my house was not on file with Sunrun. So at least that part is sorted now.

Nope. I'm in AL.

And even though I've confirmed my address with Sunrun (per the voicemail I received back two days ago)...I still get one of these everyday...

Same here. I’m not in a SunRun state yet get the email almost daily. I Attempted to get more info 3 times and no one could give me a straight answer on how to get my charger. At this point I’ll wait another week to see if it shows up, and if not start the frustrating process again of finding someone who can help.

yes, the truck COMES with a 30amp 240v MOBILE CHARGER EVSE - you'll be set and be JUST FINE with this charger - no 'need' to rush or worry about 'how' your going to charge - and YES, it comes with both a 'normal' 120v outlet adapter, or the NEMA 14-50 adapter male plugs. Even if you don't have ANYTHING special at your home, you can certainly still 'charge' your new truck with a simple outlet.

yes, the truck COMES with a 30amp 240v MOBILE CHARGER EVSE - you'll be set and be JUST FINE with this charger - no 'need' to rush or worry about 'how' your going to charge - and YES, it comes with both a 'normal' 120v outlet adapter, or the NEMA 14-50 adapter male plugs. Even if you don't have ANYTHING special at your home, you can certainly still 'charge' your new truck with a simple outlet.

If you don’t have a 240v plug the mobile charger is pretty useless. 1-2 miles per hour charging at 120v.

When I got the Mach-E I did have to have the 48A 14-50 outlet installed to plug my Ford Mobile charger that came with the car into though. And yes I am using that on my Lightning until my Pro Charger arrives and gets installed in a different location (more money ). But charging the Lightning on 240V with the 30A Mobile Charger takes significantly longer than charging the Mach-E. Significantly. Longer.
