Has anyone been having trouble logging into the Ford Credit site?
Every time I log in I get this message:
Unfortunately the code never shows up. It's not in my spam folder or being blocked by my provider, I'm the admin on my mail server and I see everything that attempts to be sent, even if caught my malware or blacklist filters before the individual mailboxes. It's not getting sent by Ford. I did contact Ford credit last week to see if there was an issue with my account or something else going on, but as per usual, "they'll look into it" and call me back. Of course, I've heard nothing. My same credentials still work on the Ford.com site and my FordPass app.
The last time I got a "Verify Your Account" email was from a login on January 12th.
