No. I did get a code for Qmerit. Is that the same code?

You should have received 2 separate emails if you didn't go home with the charger. The first from Ford, with a coupon code to buy your own charger (at no cost) at chargers.ford.com, and the second from Qmerit to schedule your installation.

If you didn't receive the first email to buy the charger, your dealer needs to be your first stop, they are the ones that have to enroll you to receive that email, and that step is separate from enrolling you to get the Qmerit install.

We're WAY past the first two emails. The installer accepted the job on December 10th. I finally received a quote on January 17th and approved it the same day. Was told February 3rd that they were working on permitting and on February 20th that they would install in the next two weeks.
I came home with the charger when I bought the truck.

...and counting. Qmerit says they will call me back and don't because they're waiting for the installer to call them back. Ford BEV Group says there's nothing they can do and I need to keep contacting Qmerit. I guess I'll just pay someone. This was a major factor in my purchase decision. @Ford Motor Company
