Fordpass not allowing me to add my home charge station

At some point when the fordpass app updated (iOS) I lost all my saved charging locations and charge levels. I have since added my work location back with desired charge level. While at home with the ford charger I cannot add it as a location (+ sign in upper right), and I do not have the slider bar along the top while its charging to limit the level of charge it just assumes 100%. I've tried starting and stopping a charge via the lock button on the charger handle, and via the app stop neither resulted in me seeing my home location in the + section for chargers.

Has anyone else encountered this and has a solution? Quite annoying that I have to go in the app and hit stop charging to avoid overcharging the truck.

FordPass has no control over your charging locations. It is all done in the truck. And it's better to set things up in the truck than through FordPass.

That being said, there was an update recently that disrupted charge locations. It's been paused and people are waiting for a fix. Did you happen to get OTA 10.3.0?

Yes I did receive that must be the culprit. Will check inside the truck.

If you didn't receive 10.3.0, then possibly it's the process??

The EVSE must be actively sending energy to the truck, make sure there are no EVSE time constraints, if you're using the FCSP or FMC, these have no programmable time controls, while energy is flowing, use your Sync screen Charging app to build the new location for Home, hopefully the prompts for GPS coordinates or a recognizable address come up, accept it as it displays even if it's a neighboring plot, set SOC and time periods if you desire TOU limits, save it.

Make sure you have location service for the ford pass app is set to always in your phone..

Is this related to the loss of charging info on my FordPass App?
The vehicle screen doesn't show charging anymore but the SOC does go up.
On the energy screen I no longer get energy info at all. Can't change the charge level or stop the charge. Is this a known bug that an update or FordPass broke?

Several causes for this experience, brown out at Ford cloud services, Sync connected services switched off, playing with the start/stop charging button can all cause the lack of charging data to reflect in Fordpass or show inaccurate data.

Just to report back that attempting to program my home location within the truck itself was also unsuccesful. I did the same routine of trying while charging, after charging, and different ways to stop charging but this time trying to add location within the truck to no success.

I did get a note from ford to delete ford pass app and re-install and it may correct the issue until a software update is available to correct it.
