My FordPass app on my Samsung S25 Ultra will not display the current state charge or allow me to set it to 100%. The version of the FordPass app is 5.11.0. I'm able to remote start my 2023 F150 Lightning Lariat ER, remote open/close the frunk/tailgate, etc plus my phone is connected as 'Phone As a Key". Below are screenshots from my phone and pictures that I took to document what's going on. This is my 2nd Ford Lightning Lariat. The first one was a brand new 23' Lariat SR and I put 36,000 miles in one year then traded it in for a brand new 23' Lariat ER (which now has over 20,000 miles). I have a Emporia Level 2 EV Charger installed in my garage and I have been using it 99% of the time charging both trucks. This has never happen before.

I even cleared the FordPass App cache which still didn't help and I rebooted & shut off my phone.

Here's my phone. Maybe it's a Samsung One UI version 7.0 or Android 15 issue.

I had the same issue of not displaying the expected completed charge time with my iPhone this past week. Downloading FordPass version 5.12 corrected it.

I had the same issue of not displaying the expected completed charge time with my iPhone this past week. Downloading FordPass version 5.12 corrected it.
I'm on adroid and there not any updates available for the FordPass app as I yet but I will keep checking. Thanks for the response.

This might be a sign of back end issues on the Ford cloud or the trucks TCU is not phoning home to the cloud, note that some of the functions which are working are doing so via the bluetooth comms.

Give it a few more hours and the server might come back if that's the issue.

BTW, my experiences with similar symptoms earlier this week:
Services for remote climate start & charge monitoring failed today

Thanks for the response. That makes sense since the bluetooth stuff works but the cloud stuff doesn't. This Lightning forum is a wealth of knowledge and I appreciate all the Lightning owners who share their experience and knowledge.

State of charge is still not updating and it's going on 3 full days. I've rebooted, shut down (both phone and truck multiple times), and cleared the FordPass app cache on my android Samsung S25 Ultra (twice). I'm taking to the dealing for a that UPPER CONTROL ARM BALL JOINT NUT REPLACEMENT recall tomorrow and maybe the dealer can do something. Is any other android users having this same issue?

Go to your Sync screen fully disable all the connected Vehicle controls, leave off for a minute or so, then switch the master and all subordinate approvals back on, it takes a good minute to go through all the sub-menus to get them back on.

Also have you tried LOG OUT of Fordpass? Then log in again?
Try this first.

I didn't try logging out but I did uninstall the FordPass app and reinstall it. Afterwards, I had to log back in, and the same results - no state of charge updates.

Good point, I try my hardest to avoid uninstalling, PIA setting up PAAK and backup passwords, mine never seems to allow prior PW codes to be reused.

If the toggling of connected Vehicles features fails to work, there has to be an issue with your TCU
