Wondering if others experience this on a regular basis like I do, several times a week seems to be the pattern.
First clue you have a problem, is the unlock, start & lock buttons are not responding to the touch on my Android phone [Samsung Galaxy S10e], often times the lock button is also greyed out as shown below.

I've mentioned this issue in other threads, but decided to create a specific thread focus on this problem alone.

I've always needed to force stop the app to resolve this issue

Now it's working fine ... until the next time.

No, that's a new one. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app?

Is your phone itself up to date?

Is your phone itself up to date?
No, too much of a PIA to reconfigure the PAAK, etc........
Yes, my phone OS and app's are set for automatic updates and I frequently check them manually for compliance.

With your luck of not experiencing this issue, what device & OS are you running?
FordPass version?

I'm on Android 10
Fordpass 4.24.3 CAN

I've found the app is a little glitchy at times but nothing like your problem. I do not use paak though. Fordpass has kept itself updated via Google play store.

Seems there could be other problems again today. @LUXMAN couldn't connect earlier (still can't to one truck) and it took my connection a long time as well. Something seems inconsistent at best today.
