Updated FordPass from the App Store yesterday but it seems to have wiped departure times. Now unable to see or set charging times or departure times. Have completed a charge cycle at home (previously saved destination).
Anybody else seeing this issue?

Might try a reboot of your phone?Updated FordPass from the App Store yesterday but it seems to have wiped departure times. Now unable to see or set charging times or departure times. Have completed a charge cycle at home (previously saved destination).

I'm able to view my existing charging schedule, take note the PREVIOUS function hasn't shown details of old locations I have input in a while, but that might be because I only have the HOME profile.
The Departure time schedule was empty since last cleared out un needed events, but I was able to build one for Thursday morning.

Major snowstorm and many power outages in Wisconsin right now. I tried several times to do the manual charge to 100% to go a little above my typical 80 in case anybody needed help or I needed the truck for power. Can’t get charged to 100% to work at all.. never had this issue before, and no idea how to do it from the truck.

Its under charging app set one time charge.

In the truck, switch OFF the prefered schedule, that will allow the truck to begin charging immediately to 100%

I did try a reboot but still unable to view or change charging or departure times, although at least now on preferred departures I can see it has one of my previous preprogrammed times listed on the bottom of the button/icon but when I select the icon it gives same error about Ford Pass not being available. May be a server side backlog so I'll give it a few days to see if things clear up. Thanks again.

Thanks guys, it is 100% not intuitive, but with your help From the Charge app on the truck, I was able to get it to work.
1) Set the one time max charge limit.
2) turned off charing locations
Man I am glad to see they have Ford Pass 5.0 at least to Beta. The current FordPass is pretty brutal. Fortunately for me in the passed, it at least worked, but this issue was really disheartening.
