any thoughts? Front motor stops working randomly and creates a decrease in power and regenerative braking.

Each time it goes to the dealer I get the “we couldn’t find anything wrong”

If you contact the Ford Early Access people, they can setup a way for you to send logs.

It's the front contactors.

There should be stored codes that your dealer can access via the cloud if you have connectivity turned on.

Just updating the thread to keep people in the loop.

Truck was at Ford dealer for the last three days, after front motor stopped working on 6/24/2024 & 7/16/2024, maintenance said they went through the codes and didn't see anything irregular.

Even after I gave them date and times I took the photo, not sure of next steps. So any additional feedback from other peoples experience would be appreciated.

Were they useful? After multiple messages getting all my personal information (different thread; different concern), they just told me to go to my dealer. Wondering if I just got scammed by the son of a Nigerian prince. 😆

They're legit, but DO NOT share publicly your interactions and personal details once contact is established, I believe their mission is to ensure you get some attention at your dealership, but that effort falls short when most dealers are short staffed and appointments are many weeks down the road.

I have experienced the exact same thing. Have videos. Set zero dtc’s in any module. Only happened once. Have 20k miles now and has not happened since. Seems to be a software bug. I bet they will not be able to find anything.

Do you have another dealer you could try? I'd keep taking it in every time and try to rack up the days out of service to lemon law it. There's clearly something wrong. Did they run a battery test to make sure there isn't a bad module?
