Isn't that what phone books are used for these days? J/k, my wife is 5'10" so it's not something I've had to deal with.

What's a phone book??? (Asking for the next generation. Born in 1981 I am familiar with the object).

My wife is 5’2” and drives the Lightning with no issues. Maybe the seat needs to be adjusted a bit more

That's the issue the OP is discussing. The Pro models don't have seat adjustments for height.

Wow! I thought the Pro had the manual adjustment. I wonder if the connections are in there somewhere to upgrade to an XLT seat.

No way man, I paid an extra $20K for that feature...and then another $10K so the truck would remember the settings :D
Hey, that's nothing! I spent $12k for a feature that doesn't even exist since I'm stuck with the Platinum (unless I want to wait again for a more expensive truck) I ordered just for the Max Recline seats that got deleted.

I was thinking the same thing. My wife currently has to use the power pedals on my ICE F150. Has was the reach to the pedals?

Mine could reach the pedals ok, but she couldn't see over the dashboard well enough to feel comfortable driving it.

I test drove the Pro at the dealer and noticed the lack of seat height adjustments which left me in a weird position. My Lariat has all the adjustments needed. I'm only 5'10" but still like to be able to adjust the height. It should be standard on every car imo.

I was in my Pro for about 4 hours yesterday. The seat feels a bit flat but I didn't have any back or leg pain while driving or overnight.

Desertdoesit makes a set of spacers to lift the front of the seat, they were a godsend on the wife's Tacoma for me. The extra height on the front of the seat would be great for me, but the trim wouldn't sit flat on the floor anymore.

My wife and I took the Pro over to the Ford dealer to pick up my Bronco after a minor warranty repair. She drove the Lightning home but I noticed she wasn’t keeping up with me. When she got home a few minutes after I did she said she couldn’t see over the dashboard of the Lightning since the Pro seats have no elevation adjustment. She is 5’2” tall and said she felt like an old lady looking between the steering wheel and the dashboard. I’ll work out a solution at some point, but for now she refuses to sit on a cushion and won’t be driving the Lightning. She’s never had trouble driving any other truck I’ve owned, but they all had some elevation adjustment available. I‘m 6’4” tall and find the Pro seats comfortable and supportive. I wouldn’t mind being able to lower the rear of the seat a bit like I can in my Bronco.
Adjustable Electric seats were a "must have" feature on my requirements list. As soon as I saw those seats were not available on the Pro, I moved up to the next model. In the end, I had to order a Lariat to get all of my "must have" features. My unit was manufactured in May and delivered to me in June, and I LOVE it!!

I understand, I did the same thing with my 2020 Raptor. In reality I should've taken the deal on a basic crew cab Raptor that one of my dealer clients offered me for $55K rather than spending $73K on my loaded super cab. On the Pro I wanted the bottom dollar version to use as an actual work truck for a construction company. I would've gone ER battery Pro if I thought I could've gotten one, but the SR should be fine with charging stations at home and both offices. I already have my spot in line for a fleet Silverado EV when they become available to order.

My wife is 5‘0“ and she drives the Lariar often and really enjoys the visibility. The adjustable pedal is make all the difference for her. Conversely, the Rivian R1T was very uncomfortable for her to drive because the pedals are not adjustable.
