Context to this post is I live in Toronto-area, Canada and Friday morning a cold snap rolled in and caused my 4 week old 2023 Lightening to go dead. I mean, dead dead. The Ford 48V charger isn't connecting, the truck won't lock/unlock, pressing the start button does nothing. Now it is warming up but I am wondering if I should do anything before calling Ford to get it towed back to the dealership?

Any suggestions are sincerely appreciated!

There are instruction in the manual for jump starting from an ice vehicle. Might give that a try before towing to at least get it into neutral.

Same thing happened to me one morning. Tow truck showed up after a day of it being dead in driveway. When tow showed up, it turned on. Drove it into dealership and put it in park, where it completely died again. Loose 12v cable. Works great now.
