On my first system test since installing the latest software version 1.1.34 on my systems inverter, I had negative results. On my second attempt of unplugging and reinserting charge cord into charge port the led light circle did turn green and start to pulse. On the intelligent backup screen on the truck it was showing the pulsing green from the truck to the house. The charger was showing a steady green then a pulsing green. The inverter did its usual clicking and started to hum as though power was being transferred. The only problem, house power never actually came on. After a few minutes the inverter humming stopped even though the led lights on the charge port continued to pulse. A single amber light then lit on the charger right side of led light bar. From the chart in the Pro charger manual this indicates a fault and troubleshooting is required. This seems quite coincidental that I am now getting a fault light in my charger on my first test since installing the latest software on the inverter. Before the inverter update i was always able to get the system to work using the charge cord trick as discussed in the Home Integration threads. If anyone can share some insight, it would be appreciated.
I have seen where the inverter can get a low voltage fault. Assuming you are testing exactly the same as when it previously worked, I would just try again. Using the m-professional app while testing the system would give some insight into what is going on. The fault on your charger is just a secondary symptom of the inverter fault, and I would not worry about it.
I don't think the software version has anything to do with this fault. I have had the low voltage fault 2-3 times in the past on various versions of firmware. When I went back on-grid and then off-grid to test again it has worked fine.

I am beginning to suspect the inverter. I tested the system twice today with the same results. The truck will activate and send DC to the inverter. The inverter will hum as though it is working but the power never comes on in the house. After a minute or two, the inverter will then shut off. When this happens the led light ring on the charge port no longer illuminates green. The same result with both tests today. I did also notice with the truck running and the Intelligent backup screen showing, the timer on the screen showing the remaining time left for the battery in the truck was showing a greatly diminished amount of time. The last time this happened the timer was showing 1 day or slightly higher. When the system works normally the timer usually shows 4 plus days of time remaining. This is with a 95% charge.
Inverter problem probable, but might it be also that the truck is sending a reduced amount of DC voltage to the inverter?

You need to see what the M-professional app shows for an error on the inverter to see what is going on. What you see on the charger and truck are just side effects.

You're not alone mine does the exact same thing.
Search my posts in various threads, let me know if it's any different.

Thanks to tearitupsports today, with his step by step instructions on how to reboot the inverter, my system began to work after the reboot. I updated to version 34 on the inverter. System did not work after the update. After a reboot of inverter, system worked again.

I have had all the same problems with my Home Integration System that has been installed now for over 2 years. After recent lengthy discussions with a Ford technician, it was suggested that I use the following procedure:

- If the truck is plugged in during a power outage, unplug it and then turn on the truck for 5 minutes.
- Plug the truck in while the truck is on.
- If that doesn't work, keep the truck on, unplug the truck for another 5 minutes and plug it back in.
- If the system does start powering the house, you can turn the truck off.

Not even close to what was sold to me by the Ford high dollar ad campaign but it is better than not working at all. I have also been told that a software update is coming to fix the system but it has been well over a year since I heard that the first time.

So far this procedure has been the most effective way to get my system to recognize that the power is out. Will this continue to work? If history is a guide the answer is no, but I will hope.
