Horn Honk upon Unlocking

Hello, this forum looks amazing. I am super excited about my Lightning and have had it for about a month, does anyone know how to turn off the horn honking twice when I unlock the doors? It is super loud and annoying every time I unlock it. Appreciate your help in advance.

Mine only does that if
1- I exit the truck while it’s still “running”
2- I left my phone (PAAK) in the truck.

Never had mine honk. Weird. What model and trim

It shouldn’t do that. Do you remote unlock regularly? With a Lariat, just grab the handle and open the door.

Check your mislock settings, horn is strange.

Is it with the key fob, paak or fordpass?

One honk when locked 2 when unlocked

It shouldn’t do either. I wonder if this has to do with the mis-lock chirp? Maybe the truck thinks something isn’t closed completely?

Mine doesn't honk at all. Only when I leave the keys/phone in the truck. 2023 lariat as well. Personally I would like it to honk when I lock the vehicle but it doesn't do that either.

my 2022 lariat also honks when I lock unlock. Not a bother for me
