I love the instinct to mod in a way that makes the truck uniquely yours. I wish it was not potentially dangerous. 147 dB is extremely dangerous. That IS absolutely hearing loss territory. But the one thing that really bugs me is the stated intent, however playful, to punish bad drivers and other idiots. I live in a land that exists under the rule of law. It is the foundation of our Democracy. The OP has set himself up as some sort of Judge Dredd: judge, jury and executioner. I am sorry, no. That is not OK with me. It is not up to the OP to capriciously decide that someone deserves to pee their pants in public.

If this mod was only ever used at car shows with appropriate warnings, and safe distance requirements, then I would have no problem with it. But if he rips it on the strip because a cloud of drunk Elvis's appeared out of a flash mob and momentarily stopped traffic, then the truck should be impounded until the mod could be disabled/removed.
