Hi. Even after ford bragged about fulfilling all customers with their free adapter I still had not got mine here in Canada. Just got the email saying it is in the way. I know in USA they switched to sending the lectron adapters but I was wondering if customers in Canada are still getting the Tesla one due to the issues they had with bilingual packaging? Anybody else just recently recieved their adapter in Canada?

It will be the Lectron produced Ford adapter.

I can confirm just got the Lectron adapter today. Really wish it were as compact as the Tesla. Photo for comparison. (I recieved the Tesla version for my Mach e)

Other than size, I thought the consensus was the Lectron was a better unit and easier to use. I seem to remember @tommolog did a video of the Tesla, AZ and Lectron and didn’t like the Tesla as much for ease of use.

I’m sure you would find someone to trade with you.

I bought the a2z adapter when the typhoon pro first came out and I loved it. I bought it as a stop gap while waiting for my first ford adapter. I sold it to a friend when my Tesla adapter arrived. I really wish I had kept it and sold the other instead. The one good thing is that it fits better in the glove box and really I only use it for one or two trips a year anyway. I do 99% of my charging at home or at the cabin anyways
