I'm pretty big on my ice cold A/C. If it blocks my vents, its a NO from me....

On a tangent here, but what ever happen to Randy Jackson? Last time I heard his name was on the movie "Step Brothers" where he signed Will Ferrells Katana.

I don't understand why anyone would need/want an ugly phone mount hanging from a vent or somewhere on the dash. Its so simple to just use the Sync screen for anything phone related. Thats not something on my wish list.
Your phone, especially if it's a larger one with high capacity battery, will charge significantly faster if it's in front of the vent (during the summer, of course).

I've found a very decent answer for mounting my telephone other than blank popsocket, which I need to do as Waze isn't yet accessible to us. To begin with, the base item is this. There are various adaptations from "various" producers accessible. I purchased two unique ones, yet they're basically something very similar. Presently the rear of the Polestar screen has a bend to it, so I didn't figure it would mount well straightforwardly. I took a piece of hardwood, torn it to a longitudinal wedge on my table saw at around 10 degrees, slice it long to coordinate with the telephone mount, and put a bend on it utilizing a belt sander. I then, at that point, splash painted it dark, utilized some 3M, twofold sided tape, and gave it a shot. It functioned admirably. Lamentably, when the telephone's not being utilized, it doesn't exactly flip back far removed, and I needed the telephone calculated more towards me.

I used the Scosche suction cup one on my Ram, but don't think there is any place to put it on my F150... looks like it'll get regulated to the Coronet for recording my umm "lack of traction" videos ;)

Here in NJ anything that mounts to the windshied is a no-no and can be grounds for a citation and or "contributining cause" to an accident as my brother found out in a death by auto lawsuit.

Pro-Clip makes two alternative custom mounts for the Gen 14 F-150. I bought their high-mount and modified it to install a quadlock wireless charging head. I use quad lock cases for all our phones, and their mounts for motorcycles, bicycles, cars, desktop stands, bedside stands, etc. Never found anything better and have rattled across Siberia, through the Andes with phones mounted on their motorcycle products, truly great stuff.

The Pro-Clip mount fits the F-150 perfectly, and their high mount puts the phone below the windshield but high enough that it is seen easily, is out of the way but can be reached for Waze, etc. I like to run both Waze and the native Ford Nav for some redundancy, do the same thing on motorcycles with BMW/Garmin navigation.

This looks like a promising option for phone mounting. I’m thinking about pairing it with a Ram Mount wireless charger. Does anyone know of a discount code for Ram?

Thanks for this! Been looking for a good phone mount, Tried my normal favorite vent mount in my moms truck and it interferes with the steering and stuff, so know that would not work in my Lightning. I have just been propping it up on the forward center console cubby lid.
