Issues with the Fordpass App

Having problems with the Fordpass app.

1. No charge history or live charging information. When actively charging, the app doesn't tell me how fast it's charging or accurately state the target SOC and time to target (always defaults to 100%).
2. No remote start. 100% of the time I get the "too many remote start requests" notice so it never actually turns on the climate.

The app gives location info on the truck, lock and unlock work great, same with PAAK and the frunk/tailgate controls.

Any advice/troubleshooting yall would recommend?

Double check your communication & data sharing consents in the trucks Sync screen, possibly something needs to be toggled with everything off, then switch all elements on.

Agree with @TaxmanHog - this sounds like a truck setting. Double check those and you'll likely get communication to your app.

Toggled these settings off and on, reinstalled the Fordpass app - no success.

Are Notification settings switched on in the Fordpass?
I'm not sure if this would impact the situation, but flip them on if they are off.

Assuming you're using a FCSP, can you see its operating status?
ex. "Ready to Charge", "Charging", etc?
Energy > Charge Station > Insights

What is your build date shown on driver's door sticker? Just to see what software you may have started with and compare to others.
Is your charging location showing properly in the truck? What is the target charge setting showing in the truck?
I once had to remove my location and then reset it after charging at home again.
Charge history does not show for me until a day or two later usually. Seeing charging rate during charging is hit or miss too.
Remote start fail requires getting back into the truck to start it, it seems.
