I had a 2021 F150 with the 3.5 eco boost. Had near 80,000 miles and lifetime MPG was 20

Looks like at $3.00 a gallon that would be over 10k at 3.50 it's over 12,000.
yeah, i've had 3.5 EB and Coyote. Huge savings compared to the ICE F-150s

Sounds like full health to me!

Will be interesting to see what the resale values start doing once there is data to show these are really 500k-1M mile trucks despite all the ‘replace the battery’ hype

So based on your numbers, can you imagine if all you did was charge at home at 9 cents a kWh.

out here in Los Angeles my home rate is .23 kWh.
Tesla supercharger is .70 kWh.
Gas is approx 4.30 regular.

Real savings can be had if your charging at home.

Ah, someone that's more of a road hog than me. Got my '23 platinum in Jan. '23 and only have 64k miles on it. (Battery health from FDRS still shows 99%)
I have a 22 platinum with way less miles - 25K. So assuming this is standard, I believe we should be OK well above 150K.

Has anyone been putting together a graph of our SoC at what mileage?

Good job 👍🏻. Just imagine if you were in my shoes paying $.03 yes, 3 cents a kWh. That's $751.03 for electricity. The asterisk is that rate is only from 10pm to 5 am. Just a little over 1 cent a mile. To put it another way take 71,000 miles, divided by 18 mpg which is pushing it in a gas F-150, would be 3944 gallons for 71,000 miles. So at $3.00 per gallon thats $11,833. Or in California numbers with about $5.00 per gallon that becomes $19,722. I really wonder if New Mexicans have a calculator.

Very impressive mileage and stats. Thanks for posting this.

In my EV experience, I put 75,001 miles on my previous EV, a Mustang Mach E. I traded it in this past July with zero discernible traction battery degradation (subjective statement, I know). Causes for my trade-in: the second failure and resulting second replacement of the front motor, still under warranty but "barely", and a concurrent Zero % loan offer this July on the 2023 new Lightning from Ford Motor Company which also subsumed my residual Mach E loan, and finally a trade-in dealership appraisal $3,000 above the top ceiling on Edmunds.com for my Mach E's year, trim and mileage. At that point, I of course took the deal and ran.

Based on my history with that Mach E, and similar histories shared verbally by other EV drivers at DC Fast charging points, IMHO we just don't need to worry at all about the so-called traction battery degradation, as probably many other critical vehicle systems will begin to fail from use before our Ford traction batteries visibly degrade to an unacceptable use level. There will always be exceptions I'm sure, and I think that's what they will be... exceptions.

This EV propulsion technology is impressive! I can't wait for the next stage, i.e. solid state traction batteries :D No comment of course on the (non-EV-related) current uneven state of module software updates, which affects Ford ICE as well as Ford EV vehicles equally.
