Not sure, i think to do it right would require the correct ducting under the seat to run the AC. I've seen some installs on the ICE forum where they cut the seat foam and install small pc type fans.

Interesting...I didn't think the ventilated seats (real ones) actually ran AC to it. I thought it was just fans. Thanks!

It's pretty large, I'd say 10 inches by 20 inches. It's the size of the fold down rear center console on the higher trim trucks.

I saw these as well, it was cheaper for me to buy them original and get the upholstery shop to modify.

I just ordered a set of the originals. I'll have ask my mom to sew it up for me.

Sweet! When they arrive have a look at all the covers. Check that they have all the zipper pulls. My driver's side front seat was missing one zipper pull and I didn't notice till it was on. The seller is quick to respond and will send you replacements if needed.
