Memory Settings Don’t Work After Using PAAK Remote Functions

Hi there - this is a very small issue/quirk, but I figured I would ask in case anyone has had this problem and found a solution. I have a ‘23 Platinum (took delivery new in 10/24, only owner) and use PAAK with iOS. If I use the app to unlock the vehicle or precondition before a trip, when I get in the vehicle and step on the brake and press the power button, none of the memory functions work automatically (mirrors, seats, pedals, steering column). If I enter the vehicle with the phone in my pocket and unlock either by door handle or the keypad, the memory settings function just as one expects. Again, I know that this isn’t a big deal, as I just press the Memory 1 button after I start the truck, but I can’t figure out a reason why this occurs.
This has happened since day 1, and I’m currently on software update 10.1.1 (and patiently awaiting BC 1.4…) so I thought maybe one of the many updates I received might resolve the issue, but no dice. Any help is appreciated in advance - thanks!

DO you have profiles assigned?

When I do remote start, the truck starts up as Guest and not my profile. I assume its because it doesn't know who started the truck via the FP App.

Yep!
The workaround is to set the guest profile up exactly as your own.

I do have a profile created - could it be that my PAAK isn’t assigned to that profile? I’m the only profile in there, BTW..

Well, that was the problem - I had a fob assigned to my profile, but I didn’t have my phone assigned - added the phone and tested, and all is right with the world. Thank you all!
