Wondering if anyone has seen moisture issues on the cabin floor.
Noticed a musty smell recently and pulled up the molded rubber floor mats to find that the front and rear passenger side carpet is soaked.

Will be contacting the dealer to have them check the air dam fault soon anyway, so I'll ask about the moisture then too.

Update on this, for anyone interested...
My moisture infiltration issue wasn't like any of the others I've seen reported on the forums, to date.
Dealership technicians found extensive mold and mildew throughout the cab of the truck.
The removed the floor carpet, seats, headliner, and dashboard and discovered a faulty pinch weld on the passenger side front pillar.
Upon reporting the situation to Ford, they were instructed to fix the faulty weld and replace all of the above interior components, except the dash.
They had my truck for 6 weeks, but completed the work as instructed while I burned up the miles on 3 different loaners.
When I picked the truck up they noted that the issue appears not to be exclusive to Lightning, as they had just taken in an ICE F-150 with a similar issue.

Took the truck on an 1,100 mile road trip last week - SOOO glad to have her back!

P.S. - the pesky Air Dam fault is still there!

What Pillar was this? A B or C?

Can you give more specifics on where the problem is so people can check their trucks

Thanks

Passenger A pillar.

I wasn't given a chance to see the actual faulty spot, but was told it was mid-way down the pillar.

Dash had to be removed to find it, as they did not find it upon an initial, quicker, inspection.

@MacLightning what did they do to remedy the mold/mildew? Did they provide any documentation or explanation of their process? Have you had any issues since getting the truck back - such as faulty sensors, modules or any other potential electrical damage?

Thanks a ton!

The documentation and verbal details on what was done were slim I'm afraid.
They only said that a pinch weld on the A pillar was repaired and resealed.
Good news is that so far I've had no further issues, of either water infiltration or anything else residually related to the work done.

Are you having moisture issues in your truck?

Read this F150forum.com thread: https://www.f150forum.com/f118/water-leak-cowl-seam-474781/?ispreloading=1

It is the same problem that exists on our trucks. Water is making it's way into the cabin via the firewall cowl or the body seams at the top and bottom of the windshields. This is why even on trucks without sunroofs, water still finds it way into the cabin.
