Mojave, CA. - Tesla Station NOT working

Mojave Tesla Supercharger station, the location that comes up on the app (located next to Thai restaurant) do NOT work for my Lightning on both occasions I went there during the previous 6 weeks. Nearest stations are EA in Coso Junction or Tesla station in Lancaster (not far off the freeway).

Also a ChargePoint (around 40Kwh speed) behind Weinershnitzel in Mojave which seems to be the "best" available place in Mojave right now.

If anyone has success with Tesla station in Mojave, please post. thanks.

Tesla map shows four sites in Mojave, two that are open to NACS and two that are not. Best to use the Tesla app to find eligible stations I would think.

I stopped at a Tesla site in Mojave and charged just fine a few weeks ago. Used plug n charge and my A2Z adapter.

Edit: Specifically it was labor day weekend and later at night

The EA station in Mojave is back in business as of last week when I drove by. I think they had a solar problem and was taking down the panels and beams. The photo was from Aug 22

I think the OP is talking about the one in the parking lot with Anthony's Grill and Mojave Thai on the other side of the parking lot.

That location has:
  1. 4 250kW stalls: These should work
  2. 6 150kW stalls next to Anthony's. These will not work
  3. 2 72kW stalls. These will not work.

There's another Mojave station with more 250kW stalls.

It's kind of interesting, especially in the Nevada/CA desert, there's a lot of 150kW stalls in very critical locations for doing Vegas / Palm Springs / Reno style roadtrips, and the NACS adapter does not help with those. That's still a situation where the road trip experience is significantly better with a Tesla that can use those 150kW stalls. Tesla doesn't seem to be in any sort of hurry to decommission 150kW stalls or upgrade them, but rather they'll build new sites (eventually) with 250kW stalls.
