A friend's dad had a second gen, I remember he had a bed cap/camper shell with the bed carpeted. We rode in the back a few times.

My son drove ours most of the time so I understand the gas problem.
My daughter removed a mailbox then tried to move a tree with it.
Replaced it with a black '95 model.
Definitely a fun truck.

I'm going to explore the possibility of replacing the emblem on the rear quarter panel with the Gen2 logo.
