@bewbie, I had exactly the same issue with mine after the front sensor CSP. I fixed it with a cheap, $15 OBD adapter I bought years ago. It was simple, I took more time researching what to do vs the actual time it took to fix.Got your message, and you do show a 2 there:

Your truck is on the latest Sync and IPMA software. It is actually very close to being fully up to date. I don't have a Lightning, so not sure if 22-23 trucks are supposed to have those buttons there or not like his truck does, but if your truck is supposed to have them, I am sure that can be fixed, too.
I can tell you that putting a 3 in that location with FORScan will for sure fix the smaller views issue.

@rugedraw After my front sensor CSP, I had to fix the small camera but still had the menu button to see my camera options. When OTA 6.14 came in, that screen was updated to the new UI and I had what bewbie's friend has. I think there's discussion somewhere in that thread where Mike (I think) pointed out that the tech's where not running the IPMA config, which correctly applies the update that was pushed. My guess is that 6.14 ran that config for me.
