Noise on while driving at 65 to 75 after about 20 minutes of driving

Hey guys I have a noise like a whale song when driving on interstate some times. Does anyone else have this issue ,or know what it is ?

Fully open and close all of your windows and sunroof.

Check door seals for tears.

Check exterior and under truck for debris.

I checked all those things but still does it around 15 miles of driving and it is not constant noise just like a pressure relief and it is loud enough to hear with my radio on. Its a weird whale like sound.

Months ago, I recall a member finding a parts tag on a component that was loose, it reverberated in the wind as the truck traveled down the road, once this was discovered and removed the noise went away.

Is it on a particular stretch of road? On new pavement sometimes you can hear a tone caused by the interaction between tires and fresh asphalt.
