Ford F-150 Lightning OEM Hankook tires IMG_1903
These are my stock tires at 33k. Outside edge is completely bald almost to the unsafe point, yet the middle has plenty of tread left.

My recommended is at 36 according to the door, but I am running all of them at 42-43 cold. I just took a 5000 mile road trip which finished them off completely. My dash display showed 45-46 usually because of how long I drove each day.
I think this tire just cannot handle the cornering pressure of the truck.

The inner edge is the outside edge depending on which direction you are turning.

I switched to Michelin Defender Platinum LT265/60R20 and haven't looked back. 70k mile, super quiet, EV truck heavy duty certified. Love them.
Hard to go wrong with Michelin Defenders.

Exact same issue with the Hankooks. 22k miles and all 4 tires have zero tread on inside and outside edges but 3/4 of the tread width with normal wear.

Dealer wants me to pay for alignment, but after reading this thread I need new tires not an alignment. Michelin Defenders seems to be the go to choice if your not going for the Toyo's which are probably over the top for my needs.

Typical Service manger that has Zero technical experience, and is just a bean counter filling the seat.
